- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for Emma's partner-led store model, including revenue models, operational frameworks, and brand standards.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with partners covering revenue share structures, investment terms, and collaborative goals.
- Analyze business cases for new partner-led store openings to inform strategic decisions.
