Store Expansion Specialist

We're seeking a talented individual to lead our store expansion efforts in Iberia.

  1. Identify and establish partnerships with independent store owners, franchisees, and investors across the region.
  2. Evaluate potential partners based on commercial viability, brand alignment, and long-term growth prospects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for Emma's partner-led store model, including revenue models, operational frameworks, and brand standards.
  4. Negotiate commercial agreements with partners covering revenue share structures, investment terms, and collaborative goals.
  5. Analyze business cases for new partner-led store openings to inform strategic decisions.
