This is a remote position.
Telecaller job involves making/receiving calls to potential/existing customers to generate leads, promote products/services, answer questions, resolve issues, and achieve sales targets, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and data recording skills, often using CRM systems and scripts to maintain high customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound/Inbound Calls: Contact prospects for sales/info (outbound) or handle customer queries/support (inbound).
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and guide them into the sales funnel.
Information Provider: Explain company offerings, features, and benefits.
Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport, understand needs, and offer solutions.
Data Management: Accurately log calls, update customer info in CRM, and maintain records.
Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and KPIs.
Issue Resolution: Address complaints and provide solutions, escalating when necessary.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent Communication: Clear, persuasive, and professional verbal skills, often in a specific language (e.g., English, Hindi).
Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to influence customers towards purchase.
Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service.
Data Entry: Accurate recording of details in systems.
Target-Oriented: Motivated to meet performance metrics.
Adaptability: Ability to modify pitches and handle diverse customer interactions.
Work Environment:
Often target-driven with training on scripts, accents, and phone etiquette.
