Job Description:

Hooqx is looking for an experienced International Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to international processes and a proven track record in business development and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new international business opportunities
• Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
• Handle international clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in International Business Development
• Mandatory experience in international process / international BPO / overseas clients
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with targets and incentives
• Good understanding of international markets and sales strategies
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and professional attitude
