Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Act as the first point of contact, responding to customer inquiries about products or services, providing information, and offering guidance over the phone.
  • Issue Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve various customer issues and complaints, finding effective solutions to customer concerns.
  • Customer Assistance: Help customers navigate product features, troubleshoot technical difficulties, and optimize their overall experience.
  • Interaction Management: Maintain a positive and professional attitude, actively listen to customer needs, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout every interaction.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document customer interactions, track issues, and provide feedback to contribute to improved customer service processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Graduate or Undergraduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an International BPO setting.
  • Must not have any exams scheduled in the next 6 months.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent Communication Skills (verbal, specifically for international voice processes).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with empathy and patience.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Work Environment:

  • Shifts: 24x7 rotational shifts.
  • Working Days: 5 days working per week.
  • Transportation: Both-side cab facility provided (with night shift allowance).
