Role & Responsibilities:

  • We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive in the US Healthcare Process.
  • The role involves providing support for US healthcare-related queries including medical cases through international voice support.
  • Handle inbound calls to assist customers with US healthcare and medical-related issues.
  • Deliver exceptional service with clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient data and adhere to compliance standards.
  • Work in coordination with cross-functional teams when needed.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (B.E/B.Tech accepted), including Open Schooling.
  • Age Limit: Up to 28 years.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Must have basic computer knowledge and excellent communication skills.
