Role & Responsibilities:
- We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive in the US Healthcare Process.
- The role involves providing support for US healthcare-related queries including medical cases through international voice support.
- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with US healthcare and medical-related issues.
- Deliver exceptional service with clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient data and adhere to compliance standards.
- Work in coordination with cross-functional teams when needed.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (B.E/B.Tech accepted), including Open Schooling.
- Age Limit: Up to 28 years.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Must have basic computer knowledge and excellent communication skills.
