Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle international customer calls to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in BPO voice processing or similar industry.
  • Excellent English language proficiency (written & spoken).
  • Strong listening skills for effective call handling.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
