Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International Customer Support Associate to join our team in Bangalore, India. As a key member of our customer support vertical, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations, and ensuring prompt and effective resolutions to customer issues. Your role will also involve supporting inbound calls through upselling and cross-selling of products or services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism
Provide timely and effective resolutions within SLA timelines
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
Handle disputes and dissatisfied customers with empathy and efficiency
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in customer experience
Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, sales conversions, and quality metrics
Location- Bangalore (Adugodi near Kormangala)
Experience in the Voice domain with excellent English communication skills Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability in upselling, cross-selling, and inbound sales
Escalation handling and dispute resolution expertise
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
Adaptable, flexible, and a strong team player
Target-driven with a focus on achieving SLAs and goals
Qualifications
Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline (Candidates with prior customer support/sales experience preferred)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
