Role Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer queries, requests, and complaints across channels
  2. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of all issues raised
  3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  4. Handle both voice and non-voice interactions efficiently

Key Deliverables:

  1. Achieve high first-contact resolution rates
  2. Deliver consistent service within defined TATs and quality standards
  3. Support operations during rotational shifts with 5-day work weeks
  4. Provide seamless experience across blended (voice/non-voice) channels
