We are seeking an International Voice/Chat Process Professional to join our dynamic team in India. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-4 years of experience who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice and chat interactions with customers across various international markets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while managing customer interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts if required.
