Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice and chat interactions with customers across various international markets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while managing customer interactions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts if required.
