Business Advisory & Support In Initiative Execution
Trusted advisor and occasional stand in for the Sales Leadership & Business Operations Leaders.
Improves business process efficiency across both Operations and Sales by establishing best practices.
Facilitate initiatives that incentivise improvement in employee performance.
Supports the day-to-day management of the business: forecast, strategic and tactical reviews, KPIs monitoring, staffing, territory management, etc.
Supports local needs of Sales and Sales Management across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa).
Business Analysis
Provides the respective business unit with business analysis and recommendations.
