Job Description
**Your role:**
The Philips MRI system has a central scan control computer with a real-time operating system. The scan control computer controls four subsystems via individual optical link which are: Transmit chain link, Receive Chain link, Gradient Chain link and Reconstructor Link. In case errors occur, the Digital Network Traffic Analyzer is helping to diagnose the problem.
+ Work on a complex product in a complex organization.
+ Acquire an in-depth understanding of the real-time control aspects of MR hardware and of the network communication protocols.
+ Translate ‘vague’ ideas in smart requirements.
+ Build prototypes to validate requirements.
+ Build a FPGA application on existing hardware with embedded processor and Python.
+ Learn how to use new tools like Vivado, Matlab, Ruby, Python, Questasim.
+ Project planning agreed with stakeholders
