Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit and interest.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support the recruitment team in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
• Assist in developing job descriptions and job postings.
