About the internship


As a Front Office Management Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will contribute to a smooth check-in, check-out, and overall reception flow. At the same time, you will gain insight into the broader hotel operations, from reservations to guest relations. You will be actively involved both in daily operations and behind the scenes.


What will you do?



  • Welcome guests with a professional and warm attitude

  • Perform check-ins and check-outs

  • Manage telephone, email, and overall guest communication

  • Support in handling reservations

  • Assist in resolving complaints or practical questions

  • Update guest profiles and process payments

  • Contribute to guest satisfaction and loyalty (Marriott Bonvoy)

  • Support the Front Office Supervisor and Operations Manager
