**THE INTERNSHIP**
You will have the chance to get to know the pharmaceutical industry in a very dynamic and challenging environment: our HR department in Milan is looking for a new intern to join the Learning, Talent Development and Employer Branding area. You will directly support the Talent Development Team in different activities aimed at enabling employees at all levels through learning and training programs, and promoting our culture of Openness, Respect & Opportunity– definitely something to learn every day!

+ Support all the learning and training activities such as classes management, class schedule and planning.
+ Analyze internal customer needs at any level in the organization.
