  • Actively source, screen, and shortlist candidates for internship, non-executive, and fresh graduate positions (with emphasis on technical and engineering roles).

  • Assist in job posting preparation and content creation to attract the right talent.

  • Conduct interview scheduling for shortlisted candidate and follow through the interview outcome.

  • Support basic documentation and data entry related to recruitment activities.

  • Qualifications

  • Current Diploma / Degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
