We offer a 6-month Internship Programme in the Kitchen Department, where you can enhance your learning and develop your culinary skills across all key kitchen functions. This includes:

  • Food preparation and basic cooking techniques

  • Culinary hygiene and safety standards

  • Hot and cold kitchen operations

  • Pastry and bakery basics

  • Mise en place procedures

  • Recipe preparation and kitchen organization

  • You are expected to embrace new ideas, show initiative, and proactively take on additional responsibilities. As an intern, you should strive to be a role model, share knowledge with others, and build positive working relationships at all levels. You are encouraged to dedicate your time and energy to achieving excellence, contributing to the success of the Kitchen team, and supporting your own professional development.

    Qualifications

  • Currently studying Hotel Management or related field
  • Available for 6 months internship
  • Passion for excellence in service and team-work
  • Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence 
  • Determination to succeed
