Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager Trainee, you will gain unique insights into the daily management of a top hotel restaurant. You will support both operational and strategic tasks and will have the opportunity to take on responsibilities in a professional, guest-focused environment. This role allows you to further develop your leadership, organizational, and communication skills.


What will you do?



  • Support the daily operational management of the restaurant

  • Assist with staff scheduling and resource coordination

  • Help coach and motivate the team, including feedback and training

  • Contribute to service quality and guest satisfaction

  • Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control

  • Assist in organizing events, promotions, and special projects

  • Report to the Restaurant Manager and actively contribute ideas for process and service improvements
