Sales, Commercial & Logistics Coordination Support:

  • Reporting of logistic and financial KPIs
  • SAP Order management – account receivables reporting
  • Change management: Distributing documents via customer portal  
  • Logistics claims : registration and follow up
  • Interest for finance and accounting topics
  • Customer specific requirements : Registration and follow-up
  • Project work
  • General support for sales, logistics and commercial team.

Qualifications

  • You are currently a business student with, by preference, specialization Business Administration, Logistics and Finance.
  • Languages: fluent in English. German / Dutch / French is a plus.
  • Very good computer skills in MS Office (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint); SAP is an asset.
