The IHC Training Institute (ITI) invites customers from all over the world to learn more about dredging & mining operations, how to operate a dredger and many more related topics.

As an Intern Sales, Marketing and Communication you will join a small team consisting out of two trainers and a manager conducting trainings all around the world. At the training institute in Kinderdijk, we have several classrooms, a studio for online classes and four dredge simulators of which two can be packed into a flight case and fly across the world to our customers.

Part of your job is planning and preparing for the standard trainings at the yard in Kinderdijk. Think about customer communication, course coordination, execution and evaluation; however you will also look into ways to expand the product portfolio, marketing for the department and explore business opportunities.
