Internship- Sales Operations & Customer Success (With PPO)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Duration: 6 Months (Conversion to Full-Time based on performance)

PPO Package: Market Standard (Review after Month 5)

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

This is not a fetch coffee internship. This is a 6-month  Management Trainee program. You will run the backend operations for our entire Sales & Support function. If you prove your mettle, you join us Full-Time as a  Sales Operations Executive .

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN & DO:

1. Managing a Sales Network (40+ Distributors)

• Collect orders daily from offline sales teams via WhatsApp/Email.
• Punch orders into the system and coordinate with Warehouse for same-day dispatch.
• Learn how FMCG distribution, billing, and supply chain actually work.

2. Financial Discipline (TA/DA & Expenses)

• Verify travel claims (TA...
