Deliciously Parisian, The Peninsula Paris hotel is ideally located in the heart of the capital, just steps away from some of the world's most famous monuments, museums, and luxury boutiques. The iconic Haussmannian building consists of 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites that are among the most spectacular in the capital.

In collaboration with the wonderful team at The Peninsula Paris hotel, we are looking for an intern in our sales department starting February 2026.

Key accountabilities:

  • Facilitate the flow of commercial information

  • Assist with the administrative follow-up of the sales team

  • Support the management of production statistics

  • Assist the team in managing databases (entering new contacts and commercial activities) in collaboration with headquarters

  • Update documents and draft contracts

  • Help coordinate commercial events (manage invitations, follow-ups, and reminders, deliver gifts)

  • Produce commercial reports

  • Participate in competitive intelligence (Parisian palaces)

  • Assist the sales coordinator in her daily tasks

    • General requirements:

  • Excellent presentation

  • Organization, rigor, and attention to detail

  • Adaptability and versatility

  • Good speaking skills and ease in relationships

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Fluent in French and English (written/oral). A third language is desired

  • Education in Tourism-Hospitality and/or Business School

  • First experience in a hotel establishment
