What You’ll Do

  • Support in the purchasing process and completion of daily shopping activities
  • Creation and management of procurement documents such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, complaints and order confirmations
  • Active and daily communication with external and internal stakeholders 
  • Master data maintenance in the ERP system 
  • Control and follow-up in case of discrepancies between orders and invoices
