Job Description
Position:
As part of the Omnichannel department, the intern will support the launch and the development of two key CRM projects focused on top clients and bags, having the opportunity to gain hands-on expereince in CRM strategy and operations within a global context, and participate in projects aimed at enhancing customer engagement and retention.
This six-months internship will start in February 2026 and is based in Rome HQ.
Job responsibilities:
Assist in the distribution of key CRM KPIs and best practices to regional teams, contributing to global project harmonization.Support efforts to ensure operational excellence within the CRM department, helping to cascade projects to regional teams.Contribute to the generation of actionable insights from CRM data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate CRM assets and content, supporting customer segmentation initiatives.Develop an understanding of CRM best practices and their application across various regions. Profile:
