Job Description

Position:

The intern will join the Visual Merchandising team, focusing on Showroom and Retail design (pop-ups, in-store activations), with particular attention to customer experience and new technologies. They will support projects emphasizing innovation, sustainability, and the strategic use of AI in presentations to enhance communication and concept visualization. The main goal is to collaborate on integrating creative and sustainable solutions into design processes, improving layouts and design for an increasingly engaging customer experience


This six-months internship will start in February 2026 and is based in Rome HQ.

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist the Visual Merchandising team in showroom and retail design projects (pop-ups, in-store activations), focusing on customer experience, new technologies, innovation, and sustainability.

  • Collaborate to integrate creative and sustainable design solutions into processes, aiming to improve layouts and design for engaging customer experiences, including through strategic AI use.

  • Support the development and control of showroom layouts, assist with supplier and logistics management, adapt Fashion Show creativity, and interface with internal teams for presentation coherence.

  • Assist in creating moodboards aligned with collection creativity, developing detailed project guidelines, and coordinating worldwide collection/sharing of selected materials.

  • Collaborate in preparing interactive presentations (using digital tools/AI) and assist in managing/archiving physical and digital materials.

  • Support the identification and implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions for projects and assist in worldwide project and budget management.

    • Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.

  • Excellent knowledge of Autocad, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) and Office (Microsoft Excel, Power Point)

  • Excellent knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software (Cinema 4D, Rhino, V-Ray and D5)

  • Knowledge and interest in Google Nano Banana

  • Ability in freehand drawing, with the capacity to create detailed and realistic sketches.

  • Excellent team working and communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong interest in sustainability, promoting eco-friendly practices
