Rate: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Ongoing supply / Long-term

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Intervention Teaching Assistant to support pupils in an alternative provision setting. This role focuses on targeted intervention to improve engagement, behaviour and learning outcomes for pupils who have struggled in mainstream education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured intervention sessions.

  • Support pupils’ emotional and behavioural development.

  • Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.

  • Help pupils develop positive routines and learning behaviours.
