Interventions Teacher

Link3 Recruitment are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Interventions Teachers to work across primary schools in Smeeton Westerby and surrounding areas, delivering high-quality booster sessions for children with lower ability.

The role will focus on providing tailored interventions in core subjects (particularly English and Maths) to help pupils close attainment gaps and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver and assess small group booster sessions for children who require additional support.
• Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to identify pupils’ needs and adapt teaching accordingly.
• Monitor and track progress, providing regular feedback to staff and parents.
• Support the development of children’s confidence, resilience, and engagement in learning.
