Job Description

manage front office works, handle calls, emails, walk in clients,corporate clients, sub agents etc for their travel & tours relatedreservations. handle enquiries and reservation on package tours, hotelbookings, flight tickets etc. after training, create tour package itineraries and quote toclients as per their requirements. you may have to deal with vendors and liaison with hotels,transporters and other service providers and negotiate for thebest quote. update client data and follow-up status in designated software. you must maintain a positive and ethical work climate that isconducive to attract and retain the clients.age 20 35 yearsexperience preferred 06 - 12 months in tour & travel sector handling tour packages with goodtrack record.essential skills very good customer handling and service skills, strong communicationskills, convincing and enquiry closing skills. pleasing personality with a flair for speaking able to work independently with minimum supervision proficient in google d...
