We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Cloud Operations Support Engineer to join our Managed Cloud Services Team! This team will be located in India/Mexico/Columbia/Egypt to comply with follow the sun coverage. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and reliable operation of our cloud infrastructure, supporting our critical applications and services.
This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following key areas:
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Providing expert support, troubleshooting, and remediation for virtual machines, containers, and cloud-native services across Linux and Windows operating systems within our cloud environments.
• Vendor Collaboration: Liaising with cloud service providers and other vendors to resolve complex support issues and optimize service delivery.
