JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for 1 Payroll Specialist located in India, with experience in Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, and Denmark, to support a large payroll project (transitioning to a new payroll software) for an end client. This individual will be responsible for supporting the standard responsibilities of running payroll for internal employees specific to procedures and guidelines for Hungary, Germany, and Croatia. This resource will work cross-functionally with HR and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely salaries of associates, whilst also identifying and executing continuous improvements to processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 4 years of payroll operational experience running payroll/handling payroll operations in Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, and Denmark Payroll duties including updating tax forms, consolidating payroll inputs, understanding commissions & bonuses, time & attendance, identifying data excepti...
