Familiarity with document libraries, permissions, and page editing

Willingness to learn custom integrations and intranet architecture

Senior Intranet Support Analyst

Strong experience (ideally 8+) with SharePoint Online site administration

Familiarity with SPFx components, Power Automate, and M365 ecosystem

Understanding of custom intranet architectures (flat structure, comms sites)

Knowledge of Azure Database integration and PnP Search optimization

Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
