Intune Administrator

Owlsure, A business Unit of ValueMomentum is hiring Intune Administrator.

Job Responsibilities – Intune Administrator

• Manage device enrollment for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Configure and maintain device compliance policies and ensure adherence to organizational security standards.
• Deploy and update applications (Microsoft Store, line-of-business apps) and manage app protection policies .
• Implement and monitor configuration profiles (Wi-Fi, VPN, certificates, etc.) and Windows Autopilot deployments .
• Create and maintain Conditional Access policies integrated with Azure AD.
• Monitor Intune dashboards , generate reports on device compliance, app deployment, and inventory.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment issues , policy conflicts, and failed deployments.
• Maintain security baselines , respond to alerts from Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and remediate deviations.
• Keep Intune policies updated, test and roll out new features, and monitor service health.
• Document processes, configurations, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager .
• Experience with Windows Autopilot , Azure AD , and Conditional Access .
• Understanding of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) .
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of security baselines , compliance policies , and app protection policies .
• Ability to analyze reports and resolve deployment issues.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in Intune administration or endpoint management.
• Microsoft certifications such as:
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Defender for Endpoint is a plus.
