Role: Intune Administrator

Required Technical Skill Set: Intune Administrator, EUC, SCCM, MECM, Application packaging

Desired Experience Range: 6-10Yrs

Location: Pune


Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

  • • Experience in managing, deploying, and transforming to Windows 10 Modern Management(Workspace One, Intune, Autopilot, Windows Virtual Desktop, etc);
  • • Experience in managing Mobile Devices management systems (Android, iOS and mac)
  • • Expertise in PowerShell Scripting and Proficiency in other scripting languages (e.g., VBS, Batch Scripts, etc.) will be additional advantage.
  • • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues when they arise related to mobile, mac, and windows platforms.
  • • Provide support for system administrator who does administration by deploying software and configuring Windows Firewall settings on computers based upon policies
  • • Knowledge on Apple Business Manager, Apple Developer Portal
  • • Unattended enrollment of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Rugged, and HoloLens devices
  • • Managing Software Updates and Feature Updates for Windows 10
  • • Managing OS Upgrades for Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Rugged, and HoloLens devices.
  • • Provide resolutions for complex customer issues on Troubleshooting skills
  • • Must be Good in PC management
