Intune Endpoint Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide guidance and expertise as a subject matter expert on Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), and Mobile Application Management (MAM) concepts.

- Design, implement, and manage Intune and Microsoft 365 endpoint solutions.

- Manage and maintain endpoint security policies and configurations.

- Recommend and implement security best practices to sustain and improve the security of all mobile devices.

- Understand and resolve complex operational issues impacting user productivity and design proactive resolutions to address and prevent.

- Analyze, mature, and grow the endpoint service offerings to drive adoption and expand utilization through reporting and key performance indicators.

- Extensive experience in endpoint management tools such as SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
