Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily admin tasks (documents, filing, data entry)
  • Update and maintain stock / inventory records
  • Receive, check, and record incoming spare parts & goods
  • Prepare Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and invoices
  • Coordinate with warehouse, sales & service teams
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in stock planning
  • Support monthly stock take and basic reporting
