Job Summary:
- Basic Salary: $2500
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 5.45pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.15pm
- 6 Months Contract
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the management of centralized inventory, including tracking records, asset loan/return, labelling, stocktaking, and storage organization.
- Assist with asset verification and handle loss or disposal of equipment, including preparation of reports for review and approval.
- Provide administrative support to the Dean's Office and general operations.
- Manage vendor coordination for quotations, invoices, printer charges, and delivery arrangements, including invoice checking and discrepancy follow-up.
- Support mail dispatch, event logistics, meeting coordination, and other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma
- Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
