Job Summary:

  • Basic Salary: $2500
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 5.45pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.15pm
  • 6 Months Contract

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of centralized inventory, including tracking records, asset loan/return, labelling, stocktaking, and storage organization.
  • Assist with asset verification and handle loss or disposal of equipment, including preparation of reports for review and approval.
  • Provide administrative support to the Dean's Office and general operations.
  • Manage vendor coordination for quotations, invoices, printer charges, and delivery arrangements, including invoice checking and discrepancy follow-up.
  • Support mail dispatch, event logistics, meeting coordination, and other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
