Job Description
Responsibilities
Monitor and manage daily order processing to ensure TAT and SLA targets are consistently met.
Track order status, identify delays, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
Analyze operational trends, recurring issues, and performance gaps; propose corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, trackers, and performance summaries.
Work closely with internal teams (Operations, System, Logistics, Planning) and external partners/customers to align on execution and expectations.
Coordinate with partner sites to ensure adherence to agreed KPIs, SOPs, and service standards.
Support issue resolution by providing clear analysis, recommendations, and solution proposals.
Manage and follow up action items arising from operational reviews, escalations, and meetings.
