Inventory Analyst Latin America

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintaining and improving stock situation
- Placing inventory orders and tracking shipments
- Allocating stock to the correct departments
- Performing extensive research of inventory reports
- Performing regular inventory counts in our warehouse
- Drafting stock reports
- Reporting stock statistics to management
- Tracking cost history on stock purchasing
- Providing stock visibility to sales and order entry teams
- Setting accurate delivery dates from intercompany factories
- Working with finance for proper inventory sorting in the System
- Getting approval from Finance on material to be sent to scrap
- Reporting Customer buying trends
