About the role
As an Inventory Analyst- PL you will make an impact by ensuring the efficient movement and management of imagery collection equipment, both domestically and internationally, while adhering to country-specific regulations. You will be a valued member of the Team and work collaboratively with logistics partners, procurement, and other stakeholders to support operational excellence.
In this role, you will
- Provide equipment purchase support and liaise with shipping partners to facilitate timely deliveries.
- Monitor and maintain inventory stock levels to meet quarterly operational demand.
- Coordinate all shipments with external logistics suppliers (warehouses, domestic carriers, parking service providers) to ensure equipment is delivered within project deadlines, including lead time calculation and ETA/ETD tracking.
- Ensure correct inventory stock levels based on program plans and provide monthly shortage reports.
