Inventory Associate

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The Inventory Associate is responsible for managing and analyzing inventory data to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize costs, and maximize customer satisfaction. This role involves monitoring inventory movements, identifying trends, forecasting demand, and implementing inventory control procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reports any discrepancies in inventory records to Inventory manager and analyze the variance.
• Prepares and submit monthly inventory report which includes reconciliation report for the spoilage, damages.
• Ensure that the movement of inventory is properly accounted for and documented.
• Generates and verifies entries indicated on the Monthly End Report sent by the accounting prior to processing the necessary adjustments in the NetSuite System.
• Review inventory tracking processes to optimize inventory control procedures.
