Job Description

The job incumbent is primarily responsible in maintaining proper and accurate inventory management at the branch and ensuring appropriate number of stocks per product were maintained.

  1. Conducts and maintains inventory cycle count

  2. Submits order and replenishment report to branch supervisor for approval

  3. Keep track of all received and returned books

  4. Monitor stocks availability

  5. Analyze stocks movement to determine moving and non-moving titles

  6. Prepares and reconciles Offsite Selling Form (OSS) vs Cash Sales invoice

  7. Conducts Year-End Inventory

  8. Preparation of IM Tracking report every 15th and 30th of the month to the branch supervisor

  9. Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time
