Job Description

Inventory Management

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming supplies and materials
  • Issue tools, uniforms, and equipment to staff as required for job assignments
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory software
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with inventory system

Stock Control & Documentation

  • Track usage levels and coordinate with procurement team to replenish stock
  • Prepare inventory reports for management and auditors
  • Ensure proper labeling and organized storage of items

Logistics Support

  • Coordinate delivery and return of supplies from work sites
  • Monitor movement of inventory between the main warehouse and client locations

Compliance & Safety

  • Follow safety protocols while handling, storing, and distributing inventory
