Job Description
Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming supplies and materials
- Issue tools, uniforms, and equipment to staff as required for job assignments
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory software
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with inventory system
Stock Control & Documentation
- Track usage levels and coordinate with procurement team to replenish stock
- Prepare inventory reports for management and auditors
- Ensure proper labeling and organized storage of items
Logistics Support
- Coordinate delivery and return of supplies from work sites
- Monitor movement of inventory between the main warehouse and client locations
Compliance & Safety
- Follow safety protocols while handling, storing, and distributing inventory
