The Inventory Control & Returns Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory control operations and managing return processes within the distribution center. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory levels to meet organizational targets and ensures timely processing of returns to support customer satisfaction. By actively leading inventory audit programs, conducting root cause analyses, and monitoring performance metrics, this leader will evaluate impacts on LIFR and drive ongoing improvements in both operational efficiency and the customer experience.
