Job Description
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and optimizing parts inventory accuracy across the dealership.
This role plays a critical part in supporting sales, service, and accounting by ensuring inventory records align with physical stock, manufacturer requirements, and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular physical inventories and cycle counts
- Managing special orders for on-going work in the shop
- Driving to different dealerships to pick up parts
- Checking in the stock order daily
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization at your station and throughout the parts department
