Inventory Control Specialist

STS Technical Services is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will help maintain inventory control processes on the manufacturing floor, working closely with production, supply chain, and engineering teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and accurate inventory system. Responsibilities: Process Development and Oversight Implement standardized inventory control processes on the production floor Follow established procedures for receiving, stocking, kitting, and returning parts Monitor inventory levels and ensure they align with production requirements Lead periodic inventory audits and 5S initiatives Bin Stock Management Create and maintain bin stock locations Implement labeling standards for parts and bins Perform cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records Material Flow Monitor the status of manufactured components and expedite as needed through production supervisors Analyze usage patterns and adjust material flow stra...
