Inventory Control Supervisor

If you are an Inventory Control professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! **Based in Houston TX (Aldine Westfield location)** , the **Inventory Control Supervisor** will oversee the daily functions of Inventory Control, Stockroom, Shipping & Receiving, Production Dispatch and the Materials Expeditor responsibilities. This position is demanding and requires constant interaction with all departments and suppliers.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Coordinate freight schedules – Package, LTL and TL
+ Oversee stockroom, shipping and receiving daily activities
+ Coordinate overtime requirements for stockroom & shipping to maintain business objectives
+ Maintain shipping records per records retention policy
+ Follow up on orders allocated but not picked with planners/customer service
+ Create commercial invoices for international shipments as needed
