Inventory Control Team Lead

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Team Lead to drive inventory accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. In addition to analyzing inventory data, identifying aged and obsolete items, coordinating cycle counts, and implementing organizational systems such as optimized floor layouts and bin systems, this role would provide hands-on leadership to the inventory and receiving team. The Team Lead will delegate tasks, monitor performance, and coach team members to achieve set operational goals.
