Inventory Controller

Job Description

• Manage, label, and track inventory to prevent mix-ups, following FIFO policy.
• Prepare and issue materials (hardware, supplies) based on requests and record them in SAP.
• Check Sales Orders for material availability and coordinate with purchasing to meet needs.
• Supervise Plant 4 staff and work with other departments for inventory and sales updates.
• Collect and submit material samples for QA testing.
• Follow safety protocols, QMS standards, and 5S rules, keeping a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Production Head.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting and inventory management.
• 1-2 years using SAP Business One.
• Manufacturing/Production experience is a plus but not required.
• Must live in Bulacan or nearby.
