Inventory Controller

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing day‑to‑day stock purchasing for trade counter, warehouse, and commercial project orders.
• Coordinating project‑specific procurement and ensuring timely delivery.
• Managing ongoing cycle counts and participating in the annual stocktake.
• Monitoring stock levels to meet customer demand without excessive overstocking.
• Preparing and maintaining inventory and purchasing reports.
• Analysing inventory performance and identifying discrepancies or risks.
• Liaising with suppliers, the warehouse team, and sales staff to maintain smooth stock flow.
• Assisting the team where required, including greeting customers at the trade counter.
• Ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with Tradelink procedures.
