Inventory Coordinator

Working hours

Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities

• Manage car and car inventory, keys, and related docs.
• Ensure all cars are stored properly and handled safely.
• Maintain the bonded warehouse in full compliance with Miti and Customs rules.
• Keep a clean, safe, and professional bonded warehouse environment.
• Update inventory systems and logbooks before releasing cars and keys.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or compliance issues immediately to management.
• Coordinate with Operations, Forwarding Agents, and authorities.

Requirements / Skills

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in car storekeeping, inventory, or logistics.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Knowledge of Miti and Customs regulations (preferred).
• Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
