Job Description
Capital Partners is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our supply chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and ensuring that product availability meets the demands of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to inventory management. You will work closely with various departments to optimize inventory processes and support overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the integrity of stock data.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock replenishment and order processes.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile variances with system records.
- Implement inventory management best practices and contribute to process improvements.
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports for management review.
- Assist in training new staff on inventory procedures and systems.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
